If you mean a mod that improves the graphics somewhat, unfortunately not, although the quality of the Robot Wars RA2 mod being developed is incredible - has replica robots that are crazily realistic looking.

which .dll Sage?, you may need to re download Visual C++ Redistributable x86 and x64 for it to work, or you didn't place the .dll's given into the root directory of RA2.
