I dont understand about standart game and mods! If i create bot from any mod content this is cheat? I play RA2 only offline mode so i cant test how and what works in multiplayer! Can somebody explain this to me? Did mod-content bots can fight with normal content bots in multiplayer?

Certain mods, aka DSL are so established that they can be used (Everyone has it basically). However some custom components may not be compatible online. Try to have the same mods installed as others before playing with them online.

I mean, if there are some rules what mods i can use and what not? Whats about cheats!? Does someone use they in multiplayer? :)

No ACTUAL rules, in tourneys hosts state rules but online check with who you're against.
DSL is fine, other things are less popular.

Just stick with Stock and DSL. Don't mix them though.

I have another question..  Is there some way to open/edit n create .tga file? I wonder how to make new decals...  :)

You can use .bmps as well, remember they have to be exactly 64x64.

.bmps ?? I want use transparent and without .png it is not possible! And sometimes .bmp dont work too.

the best one is actually inside the RA2 folder


go in to it and tutorials it tells you how to make decals and textures
