Title: Race Track Arena
Post by: King John on August 08, 2008, 09:39:19 AM: Allright, dont under estemeate me. This may sound like a dumb idea, but a racetrack could be fun. Track down your opponant and beat him down as hes driveing, or spin him out, take out some of his wheels, u never know. Use a cannon or somthing on him. Think about it. Fun Fun! :D

then what? sounds just like a normal fight to me.

Post by: ShadowArts on August 08, 2008, 02:19:32 PM: I think someone asked this before. The problem is there is no way to count laps, so other than for normal combat, making a racetrack wouldn't make sense.

Post by: SpyGuy on October 30, 2008, 11:46:11 PM: There was a dragstrip arena, where the "winner" self-destructed in a pool of lava at the far end of the track. Wasn't real good for high speed bots, but kinda fun trashing your opponent, then running like heck ....

Because FB has the AI code almost all figured out. Just some minor tweaks left, and making some actual arenas.

No, its a bot in my showcase. It has 6 E-Tek Drive (very fast), but only has a single boxing glove for a a weapon, so it can only hit you once. Hence the name, One-hit Wonder.
