Hmm... Good ideas! But I think that there should be some REALLY powerful servomotors that could actually lift a heavyweight robot! But maybe it will spin too fast, so it would be hard to control...

They've already done that, the Crusher servo and drive motors.

I like Homsar, but he's only funny when he's in Easter Eggs.

Well... sort of. The crusher servos can lift super heavy things that are part of your bot (huge hammers, etc), but they aren't any stronger than normal servos at lifting other things (can't even lift a crate in the test garage). It can't be done, it's the way the game works.

Also, how about a military arena? With a HUGE tank that rolls over you robots, sort of like that big rock from Cave Arena lol. And there would be cannon balls, that could hurt your enemies. You'd have to flip them over a barb wire fence, which hurts you when you touch it. The tank, would roll down the fence, and crush it. Or the fence could be a pop up, so if it hit you, you'd go flying! And there'd be a bot force field to keep out away from the enemy, but it'd be just as tall as the fence.

If you need some more details on this arena, let me know... But I don't know if this is even possible lol.

...So just take NPC motor and then connect some bars to it and then you have 360 DEGREE burst motor. It is twice as good as 180 degree burst motor.

See my robot Powerpack in robot showcase area. It uses 360 degree "burst motors" on its arms and it is really like a monkey on the arena floor. It jumps, spins and moves like real mad monkey when it is fighting against its enemys.

We already have the teeth that go on Matilda's flywheel - look for the steel tooth, and pull down the menu.

To get Matilda's flywheel ... well, requires a slight modification to a file (read: cheat), but ....
Go to the M's in your components file, find "matildaflywheel.txt", and change the hidden value from 1 to 0. (hidden = 0)

I actually went one better than that, and put it in the same folder with all the other discs.  If you want to do that, open "259disc.txt", and on the line that reads "styles = ... BillyBot Saw", add this:

matildaflywheel.txt, Matilda's Flywheel

Make sure you make a copy of matildaflywheel.txt and put it in the styles folder.  This way you don't even have to un-hide the flywheel for the components list, because now it will be in your discs folder when you restart the game.

Oops, hope the DSL Team didna see that - they might say i was cheating .....

It will be a lot simpler than that in DSL 2.0.  Just enter cheatbot2, and all those crazy, sometimes useless replica parts are yours (but not the ones that crash the game, so it's safe to click on blank spaces).  This is so players can use them without modding the game, while still keeping the cheat components separate from the stock components.
