Post by: takatsukiyayoi on March 17, 2009, 04:39:24 PM: Even though they make pretty good wedges, they are way heavier (7 kgs, I think?) than the skirt hinges, which have far more use than the metal ones. You can't adjust for example the angle of the metal hinges, whereas with the skirt hinges you can. Also, less mounting points FTL.
