Post by: moonbear on April 03, 2009, 05:44:24 PM: I made a new server because the others were either full or people were rarely on. I prefer people to fight with stock bots, but whatever is cool I guess.

Anyway, that server will be overflowed by lurkers, half of which don't play RA2 BTW, because you posted the flipping password.

Next time, we make the password an answer to a question anyone can answer, like:

"What's Naryar's pet peeve?"
"Chassis space"

Anyways someone respected (not some random noob) should open a NEW server.

And S32 i think a question system like that will still allow lurkers/noobs to come and pollute the server if they read the forums.

My idea is : someone creates a server with a secret password, and he will send this password via PM to interested builders (and by builder i mean someone with decent building skills and a little known on these forums). It might take long but like that we won't have random noobs on the server.

There's a risk of someone making the password public for lulz but one of the best options.

Post by: moonbear on April 04, 2009, 12:34:53 PM: Ah sorry about the password, I had no idea.. But so far no one including "lurking noobs" has joined up, and frankly I'm getting tired of just tearing other stock bots online apart in less than 20 secs. Getting beat would almost be nice.
