I couldn't watch the link directly but I managed to download about 50% of the video through a browser plugin I have.

I dont know just 'strangers'. Maybe viewers of that streamer. So they don't know about glitches

Nope it was done over multiplayer with 32 different bots. I don't know if that means there was 32 different builders/drivers. I would assume the lag isn't that bad for the multiplayer as South Korea is a lot smaller of a country and is ranked with the highest average internet speed.
