You have to have a minimum number of pistons.
Just make a box with like 20 pistons and see.

Mine has 16, but it just barely works. The chassis has to be pretty tight fitting for it to work.

I did a bot like this about last May (before I joined or got interested in an RA2 forum), with 22 pistons, and no weapons. I found out the glitch on a cheat website.

I saw a video like that on youtube, I think it was called RA2 Crazy, or something like that. Also Dis has one and it is availible on his website, but the piston placement is more chaotic.
