You got my vote for RA2 Wizard. Always and forever.
Looking at your logo, you use a 1px yellow Stroke with the default Drop Shadow on your title. (It looks like a font I'd know but I can't put my finger on it) And you use a dark blue Outer Glow with increased Spread (Or maybe just a 3 or 4px Stroke) and a Reflected or Linear Gradient Overlay consisting of Blue Yellow Blue Yellow (Blue?) on the subtitle. Classy.
Thanks, and good eye! Are you a graphic designer yourself Redline? Or do you just like to tinker with Photoshop?
Based on your signature, you have a very basic understanding of Photoshop.
I can do alot more. I just prefer to keep my designs fairly simple, but still make them look good. Basically, I save the complex Photoshop work for paying clients. Really I'd rather work with Illustrator and InDesign, but I don't have the money to buy Adobe CS3 or CS4 yet.
