Hey I am going to make a showcase.
How do you take photos of your bot? :?
:/
-
the manual is your friend.
-
You press F11 to take a screenshot. Then you look in the "screenshots" folder in RA2.
-
And if you are going to post them here, always remember to open them in paint and save them in .jpg, that is because .bmps take long to load.
-
I save them as .png files, they're just a few kb bigger than .jpgs & have way better quality.
-
If you download a drawing program called gimp (Search it on google, its free) you can save .jpgs at 100% quality.
-
I have gimp, it's just more convinent for me to save them as .pngs.
-
I use Irfanview, so easy.
-
also if you want to batch bmps into (whatever extension you want) you can get FastStone Image Viewer. It really kicks ass.. you can pick it up for free at http://www.majorgeeks.com (http://www.majorgeeks.com)
I converted 135 ra2 images from bmps to jpegs (full quality) in about 1.5 mins. definately worth it if you are taking alot of screenies to sift through to find the good ones.

photoshop owns gimp. and can give .jpgs 120% quality.
