Title: How to AI and do tournaments
Post by: eishiba on May 13, 2012, 08:59:02 PM: How does one AI their own bot so it can be played against? And how does one change the robots the AI will use in a tournament? I'm using the DSL 2 pack from the downloads section here.

For the tournaments you will need to AI at least 3 bots(1 LW, 1 MW and 1 HW) Which you will need to replace the first 3 bots on the first 15 AI teams with the bots you want want to face in events.

For AIing you will need to edit the ai.py file, there are quite a few tutorials in the tutorial section that should be able to help.

um no it has to be at least 1 bot per team and it can be any class

Would anyone consider this a good tutorial? It isn't mine.
