Just wondering...
And also has anyone ever played RA1?

Why buy it when you can get it for free? Look at Sage's or System32's sigs.

cant get it for free anymore, ACAMS removed the link. i spose you could reprogram DSL back into stock, but that might be tricky.
i would say $5 on amazon (maybe).

I have a hard copy, anyway, but I am wondering how much it would cost me if I hadn't bought it for like $10 back in the day.

I brought mine new and unopened for .. something like 3 pounds. (Maybe 5 dollars)
And yes, I've been playing RA1 lately. And back in the day too.
-
I got mine for $7 I think.

Y'know... aside from Guild Wars... this game has been the best bang for the buck I have ever spent. (about $5 on ebay) I would say that any price under 10 bucks is worth it for this kind of building fun and community to boot.

I got mine for about two bucks.

in Australia I found a copy on eBay which cost more in postage then the game itself (it was like $1.50) sadly I missed the auction

I got my copy for around 19 dollars when it came out.

I bought my copy for the full price. I pre-ordered it online, and it didn't arrive in the mail until a few days after the release.
As for RA1, I still have my copy around here somewhere. I've been thinking about installing that again. Sure, it was a pretty bad game with no physics, but I used to spend quite a bit of time playing it back in the day.
