« on: March 08, 2007, 01:06:14 PM »
I would just like to know how some people get their robots so flat. I can't get my full body DSL 2 spinners to use anything less thatn the 40 cm plates. Some help would be apreciated.

There's a small bug that might be useful. I'm assuming you're talking about the actual chassis-size, as component placement is an entirely different topic and is different for every person.
To get your bot to a small height, chassis-wise, you can raise your height bar, then click below where the bar normally stops. It can go just a little bit lower than usual, so there's not much difference.

You have to move the bar up again and then click under the sliding area again so it would work again. Don't click too low under the slider but don't click either too high near the slider because then your bot will be again as low as the slider let's you get.

It does work as often as you want to you just have to re-move the slider if you didn't manage at the first time.
I was Da beta tester Da da dada DA, Da. And that felt good.

Yep. You click very near under the slider's end but you aren't meant to click the slider itself.
