I am hosting a server for RA2 called RA2RA2111 with a password the also RA2RA2111. So far me and Scrap Daddy have joined. I would play online with anyone who joins.

Yuo need hamachi for this. You need to connect to a server there named RA2RA2111 and password RA2RA2111, then you just go to the Local Network ingame and if anyone of those on the hamachi server has hosted a server, you will see it.
