Author Topic: Easiest and Hardest DSL Remake? (Read 5007 times)

Which DSL remakes do you think are the weakest and Hardest? For LWs, I think the strongest is Hammerhead Shark, and the easiest is Mangy Mutt. For MWs, I think Red Alert is the strongest, and Saberteeth is the weakest. For HWs, I think Grizzly Bear is the weakest, and Grog, the Vengeful is the strongest. Any other thoughts?

LWs:
Strongest: 360 Arc Pounder (NEVER beaten it)
Weakest: Mangy Mutt (all the team sucks)

MW:
Strongest: SlashBack (best wedge ever)
Weakest: Blood Runner (weak weapon and nearly no defense)

HW:
Strongest: Critical Emergency (very annoying. VERY)
Weakest : Top Dog (are you calling that a rammer?)

I believe that the builders if top dog, mangy mutt and the other bots need a fix. However, I've had MAJOR trouble with them in Tabletop matches.

Yeah, they are super stable, and not easy to push around, which is kind of a neccesity in tabletop matches.

LW: Easiest - Scout and Mangy Mutt
Hardest - Insane Berserker and 360 Arc Pounder

MW: Easiest - Mud Runner, The Boxer and Top Dog
Hardest - Red Alert, SlashBack and Tempest

HW: Easiest - Grisly Bear, Bad Dog and Eye Stabber
Hardest - Grog, Cranky Spanky and Shogun

Scout has an exposed front which my bots were able to hit before Scout flipped them over. Flipjack's wedges protect the bot better.

Scout has one of the best wedges in all the DSL AI and is well built.

Shogun has an average wedge and Cranky Spanky is slow as

However they will be much better in my pack, with both being already built.

The second sentinel is easier every time I face it. The back is too exposed.

It's better to judge a bot's difficulty if you face them head-on, just like what an AI would do. Almost every bot, when well-controlled can flank another bot.

Easiest LW: Roly Poly, Raving M.A.D., Insane Beserker (lawl 1 hit it's almost dead)
Hardest LW: Mangy Mutt (tabletop only!), 360 Arc Pounder, Civil Uprising

Easiest MW: The Boxer Returns, iNsAnItY
Hardest MW: Slashback, VENGEANCE

Easiest HW: Second Sentinel
Hardest HW: SnowJob (tabletop only!), Grog the Vengeful

If you have a wedge better than Mangy Mutt's and SnowJob's, tabletop matches would be child's play. :P
