DSL parts ideas
« on: February 02, 2010, 09:38:17 PM »
As a real 30 sportsman builder parts I would like to see are drill motors. (different voltage's). More battlepack batteries. (capibility, voltage) I also think there should be a DSL sportsman class. Much like the real sportsman class rules. No excessive wedges. ie a flipper needs an incline plane to work but a vertical spinner does not. Just ideas.

Good to see more people with ideas springing up!

I guess the battlepacks/drill motor might be doable (but probably only one or two of each), but the extra class is probably too much to ask. We have a lot of classes already, can't fit any more into the game, and the interest may waver.

Nice ideas though, and I hope you make a showcase and stick around :D

Drill motor = one in the Darkpack... you might want to look at http://www.darkrat.gametechmods.com

We do not need another weightclass and more batteries though.

Edit: Talking of Darkpack, a few parts are really cool... makes me want to take a few of them, balance them and get them into NAR AI... but i will ask Darkrat's permission first.

I was refering to a actual drill motor not a drill its self. I use these in the drive of my bot.
