Title: Creating Arenas

I have been searching around and for the life of me cannot find software for creating/editing  RA2 arenas! If you could send me a link or send me in the right direction that would be great!

As much as i know nothing about modifications, 3DS Max is the software we use most the time. You could probably ask HereticBlue or I Like Tacos.
