Hi, Many years ago, I purchased and downloaded RA2 and absolutely loved it. But then I got a new computer, and kind of forgot about it. But recently, I've been remembering how fun it's been, and I've really been wanting to play it again. But every time, I try to purchase it, and I get the message
"We're sorry. Our Systems indicate you are outside the territory authorized for distribution by the software publisher of this title.
Unfortunately, we do not have permissions from the publisher to sell this title outside of our approved territory."
So is it still possible to get this game nowadays, by any means? Or will I never be able to play it again?

It's nice to see you have some experience of RA2 already, it's normally a good sign. You might want to browse through the showcase section, just to see how far building has progressed since you last played. If you need any advice on how to improve, there's plenty of members willing to help out. Hopefully you'll stick around, but do enjoy your time here, and just have some fun.
