Hi I'm new to gametechmods and I am not that good at building bots or Aiing them, this is a forum I've created for tips. I would be extremely grateful if people could post on here since I am extremely behind everyone on this website, Thanks!

There's tutorials around here for pretty much everything you could want, check out our Tutorials and Tips board :)

A very popular one that you may not find there is Clickbeetle's guide to making Stock bots, found here:

Good luck and welcome to the forum :)

This is quite a weird question, but how do you make normal pictures into avatars?
-
You can upload a picture to use as your avatar on the Modify Profile>Forum Profile menu. I believe there is a size limit though, somewhere around 150x150 if I remember correctly.
-
you need to resize them. don't know what size exactualy but it will tell you if i recall correctly.
If not then rightclick any avatar of any member and it will tell you the size (maybe you have to download it)
also the file hast to be .png .jpg or something but it tells you right next to the upload button.
-
Thanks for both of you're tips, Thyrus when you said about what it ends in (.jpg etc) can the picture be a .JPEG file?
-
as far as i know .jpg and .jpeg are the same format.
-
I cant do it it says; either the image is too large or not an avatar, I think I might do what you said to find out the size
-
Yes you have to re-size the image to 150x150, or smaller, then it should work.
-
Ive tried it and it keeps on saying its too large or not an avatar, and Ive reduced it down to 50x50 so its not the size. Any ideas?
-
How large is the file? Also try saving as a .png
-
Dont know how to check the size, will try .png
-
You can check the resolution size by right clicking on the file, and then going to properties then details
-
Can you view the pixels and size on Paint? Thats what I've been trying to use. I can't view the details on properties because Windows 8 is really weird and wont give any option of them.
-
Voila! Finally, thanks guys for all you're help
