Panzer Mk IV on Robot Wars USA. It used to be on TNN nightly at 7:00, but then they became Spike, and RW got cancelled.

Man that was a long time ago.  I first saw robot combat in the second Robot Wars.  I think the first bots I saw were Mortis (I still remember how Mortis punched a series of holes in the top of Panic Attack like some kind of machine-gun) and then there was a primitive sit-and-spinner called Spin Doctor.  A white, wedgy octagon with a shiny mirror front.  No teeth, it just sort of knocked bots to the side, but at the time I thought the idea was cool.

hanky-panky, from the frst season of RA2. I think im one of the only guys here who never got into robot wars or battlebots before they bought this game.

I've just noticed this thread. Mine was Bodyhammer in RW Series 2. Coincedentally, it is also my favourite robot.

Some triangular looking bot from Robot Wars. It was from Series 3 I think, and it was in Chaos 2's heat. I think it was called Supersonic or something, not sure.

Killerhurtz got pushed around alot in that match, ended up smoking..and I was hoping it would win.

Anyways, first two bots I saw were Minion (first) and S.L.A.M. (second) in the PPV event, you go into the arena with the electrics exposed at the bottom, you know you're as good as dead :P
