But the six blades aren't lined up like that. The middle two are turned more.

Try using a Perm 132 with Component Freedom. Will give the blade much more power.
Also, what armor is it using? And what is the weight of the supports?
Other than that, it looks really good.

Edit: I am also going to give the same advice to you as Craaig did to me; Start a showcase! You will be making even better bots in no time!

I use the Titanium 5mm but the blade is not very tough have you a better idea also for this one because irl have no damage for create a brand new one piece by piece

You must be using steel to hold the motor.
You can reduce weight and make it maybe a CW by using a Perm 132 with axle supports made using CF that are made of Aluminium or something.

I can also see you (might) be using DSC's Colored Extender pack. That's good, gives more color to a bot.

Just saying you only need 2 Battlepacks to power it.  The general design is, eh, and the weapon motor lacks support.
Oh wait, this is the replica thread... uh... 6/10.

The bar itself is well done but the skin and supports need work.
I have several opinions.

The chassis is a wee bit thin..
