Resetti doesn't put his bots up for download a lot due to the awkward component usage, as he has mentioned previously many times in this thread.

Pretty much all you can work with is what people publicly release - Resetti has been asked many times by people to release his bots but the task would be more than time-consuming. I can't actually see or remember any other packs around at the moment - apologies.

Also, if you have any further queries it'd be awesome if you made another thread instead of using this one for a slightly off-topic use (and please don't double-post, we have an edit button for a reason ;) )

Ripper.  This took longer than normal because it's the subject of my next Let's Build, hence I had to film everything.  Blessings be on DSL3.

Neat. It's a real shame that the pistons don't move though.

They both aren't TOO bad. If you filled up some of those gaps on M2, it would look way better.

Beware guys, you don't wanna face this in RW8! ;)

Hmm I think i could top that. ;) These are the closest replicas I can possibly get using DSL and custom components so meh! The real aim was to capture the overall look and performance of the robots.

Xterminator: EDIT: forgot to mention this is the only replica I have made with a vertical disc that can throw others out of the arena - quite chuffed with this tbh... Oah and it selfrights  :rage

Thats it from me for the time being, anyone who hasn't a clue who I am btw, I used to be Burnbotics (or something) about 9 years ago.

Just a small bump from the previous Xterminator quite frankly still looked nothing like the real thing. this is a far closer attempt using a frame & skirts underneath the chassis to create the actual shape of the real robot. I'm quite content with this to be honest, custom parts would be better but thats a far cry.

And here is a (poor) attempt at Mantis.

Not bad at all, you're getting real creative with components as parts of the chassis shape, and that's real good.  Continue to skin components, that's the next level for you.
