When you skin robots, there is a button where you can extract and import skins. When you extract skin, it goes to the Custom Textures folder, and there it is. Then you just edit it. Simple.

Botwork: Never heard of it. Had to use Google. Twice.
Uglybot: Tricky shape.
Whirling Dervish: VERY tricky shape. And obscure flail attachment.
Devastator: Tricky shape/back end.

Try Botwork yourself. It's not a very hard design and you can use custom parts if you have to.
