They're listed as Wheel Blades.  I'm not sure which pack I got them from now that you mention it.

I suppose it's the closest thing to the wierd diamond hammer thing that it had. I thought it was four hexplates to start with.

My thoughts exactly. There were a couple of entries I liked that fell at the first hurdle. Killerhurtz, Haardvark, Abaddon, Corporal Punishment and Plunderbird 3 were just a couple I can think of.

Pyramid of Chaos.  I tried using a Lightning Spike as the capstone but I think it looks better without it.

You could try Paint.NET if you like. You can do blurs with it too, and loads of crazy effects. Totally free as well.
