cool.. the reason I ask is that I could AI it with Kheper.py for the S3 mod so it can pop out and attack the opponent then pop back inside..

It's supposed to be slow. If memory serves me correctly, The Butcher's top speed was only a measly 5 MPH, which would make it the slowest amongst Inertia Lab's robots.
