I used Chicken motors to power the discs, because I couldn't get any of the big motors to fit. But you could probably pull it off with Piglets if you don't mind having an underpowered weapon.
Some dimensions have been stretched to make it work in RA2, but it drives/fights correctly and isn't too far off of proper-Sir Force A Lot

Mine are too far up ATM because I'm putting them on baseplate anchors.
