I'd say change the transparency value of the GMF but now that I think about it that affects the whole thing...

Did you try to find the area where it picks up the side skin from on the BMP file?

Or did you try changing the color of the GMF file?

You're probably right about it being a color in the GMF.  But I need it to disappear, not change its color.

Unibite.  The rusty disc was really hard to do, and you lose some of the effect since the chassis isn't transparent.

Looks very nice indeed. Shame about the lack of transparency, but never mind. Maybe you could add the rivets on the back panels, just as an added little touch.

Flepser:

Its flipper doesn't go out very far; no exaggeration, this is all it does.  Guess I shouldn't be surprised that such a fail flipper has the Chicago Bulls mascot on it (this joke was funnier and more relevant in 2002, when the robot was originally built)

What did you use as the flipper?

Looks like a thermidor flipper.
Better than GK since 2009.
I think SM is a pretty cool guy, eh builds unicycle-bots and doesn't afraid of anything

Hey Sonny, for Unibite can I recommend to skin the sides of the wheels to the chassis?  It gives an illusion of transparency, and I think with those awesome yellow wheels it will add some color to the bot that will make it stand out nicely.

Example:

Hi there, Streetlamp. =) Welcome to the boards. Hopefully you'll stick around, the bots in your vids weren't too bad. You can lurk around the showcases to get some new ideas if you need 'em.

Finally got round to skinning.

Can't make the discs square D:
Also, I think Hworf spikes might work as better weapons.

Very nice indeed. And yeah, square discs would be better. Maybe half hexplates on something might work.
