@GF93 That's actually a cheatbot2 part, it looks like a 'beta' version of the one available from the Extras menu
@NFX Noted. Tried it, looks better. Thank you :approve:
@G.K Amazingly, those wheels are 100% texture. the actual wheels (hypnos) are faintly visibe to the right of the middle set.
@Scorpion Unfortunately no, but I should have. The one thing I did notice about PA was that it got incredibly bloated by S7, compared to the original Series 2 version.

But the Series 2 version was pretty abysmal. It was just a bot with some movable spikes on the front. But it was exceptionally torque-y, and very well driven.

Indeed, it was a total... jumble of letters that people use here. "BTRSHDWBDDTGL"

Well here is a bot to resurect the replica thread

Atomic
It is the series 7 version, people should reconize it as my challenge bot entry against S_R, S_M and STC in an anihilator challenge.

To be frank, that looks closer to the Series 4/5 version compared to the Series 7 version.

OK. Could you send it and the skinned wedge to me, if it's alright?

GF93, it's already in DSL. you just have to look through the Extras menu after using Cheatbot2.

But back to the replicas (and I was worried i'd killed the thread with the Panic Attack one), and it does look decent, but it could be improved too. If you're going for looks then maybe work on the skin a little more and paint the joints red. But function-wise, that front skirt looks pretty useless, as it's behind the flipper.

Ah, OK. With the other Panic Attack bits, am I correct?

And yes- it was mainly that version of the robot's skin that I was requesting- I've a plan in mind to transform it into a vastly-improved AI Panic Attack.

Man some of these replicas are amazing. Would it be alright if I could see the insides of one of the very old stock replicas because I want to base a design off for my second RoboLeague entry.

I've moved to other forums. Under a different name. This is where it all began.

I have a rep of a bot from Robot Wars Extreme Destruction, would it count on going into here or my custom showcase?

Alright here it is
It is a replica of Tractor

These are pictures that were token earlier today because I added more batteries and removed the drum thing from it. I found a video on youtube where someone was against it and found it did not have anything from the category extra, this is why I removed the drum. Does anyone have a picture of it? Because I will need one to properly skin it.

I had to use a slimbody motor, steel extender and bearter bars to try and replicate the lawn mower blade it has on the back normally because I don't know if one was made for it.

Here's a quickie I made to test Nightcracker's movepixel app.  I was quite pleased with it.  The roobt is Probophobia, I used a Perm-80 to power the arms (They line up with just enough space to pass around the back).  They go all the way around but they can't lift anything heavier than the stray 259 disc in the botlab.  Is it possible to make the perm powerful enough to lift?

Don't think so, event if you made it like a servo it still wouldn't be able to

Not the most complicated rep you've done Sonny :P, still, very nicely made nonetheless

Thanks.  I built it because I need it for a video.  I think my next one will be a lot more colourful.

The only way to make servos lift is with counterweight.  You'd have to make a really small custom component that weighs like 200 kgs and put that on the other end of the lifting prongs.

That could be done.  Does the item in question have to be really long? I don't want it to interfere with the 360 degree arc so I was thinking of using a hacked beater bar.
