Half of the bot builders are obvious-
#2 is Gazea because of the wheel skin
#3 HAS to be Nary, that's his kind of splash
#6 is JoeBlo, his kinda splash
#7 is Sparkey, I mean LOOK AT IT!
#9 is Hydro (good to see him building again)

But after a lot of consideration I voted for #6

wow seems ACAMS picked a winner with this criteria some great bots this time around

#5 and #6 stand out the most

and I lol'd at #7

I made a quick vote after doing a cursory look over the robots.  After reading some of them better, I kinda wish I coulda taken it back.

Oh well.

#6 is gonna win.  No doubt about it.

Note: It dawns on me that one could claim certain abilities (i.e. 'strafing') for their bot, that it may not really have.
If this bot can do that then this is a worthy characteristic that definitely adds merit to it.

Pt. Just wondering when we claim such extraordinary things if a short demo vid be required, for both proof and functional clarity.

Well it does have sideways shinyhubs on HPZ's so I'd say it can.

does AI even need to take place in a BOTM ?.. I mean I appreciate your work Madiaba when you do but my servo boosting SnS from a few months ago that won.. I never got that to perform under AI? and there have been plenty others people have made im sure.

I would imagine its a smart-zone under the robot that simply spins the horizontal drive to divert course..

Well I guess I did ok for a first BOTM.  Then again, I think I coulda done better.  I was really eager to enter, so I jumped the gun, built a quick robot, and entered really early in the month.  Twenty days later after I had learned alot more about building, I was looking back at Trololocity and realizing it wasn't all that good.  Oh well, there's next month.

By the way, was I supposed to PM ACAMS about my entry or something?  I thought it automatically told him what user uploaded the robot.

you put your forum name in the box provided when uploading, when it saves the file to the server in the BOTM folder it will save yourname_filename.png (or whatever file type)

for this BOTM I put JoeBlo_Sage so the filename was

JoeBlo_Sage_Blitzkrieg.png 

make sense ?
