Title: New contest idea.
Post by: Urjak on August 25, 2008, 12:20:01 AM: I just had an idea for a new contest like the BOTM, except is is centered on how well the person named there robot. It is basically the best named robot award, and people would submit robots just like for BOTM, then people on the forums would vote on who they think the best named robot was. So people are not voting on how well the bot was designed for battles, it would be perhaps how well it skin matches its' name or its shape matches its name.

Any comments on this new idea?

That sounds cool too, any one of ours would work, I just want a competition in which the focus is the name, and the way it fits into the bots design.

you still build a bot like you normally would but, the robot who's name best suits the robot wins.
