pit is normally elimination

as for CC2 OOTA and Pitting is Knock out on the rankings as it cant be count out or time out (and it will take forever to redo the whole rankings thing)

53 seconds from my LW rammer.

And I tried a test, and I got a measly 27 seconds from my HW weaponed flipper/popup.

I did it in 25 seconds with my BBEANS 6 project, though I did use the 2.1 edition this time around. That could be improved on anyway.
