The way I'm seeing this word, its only plausible at a moment where everything is the same, regardless of where you are, so that the Chronological order of every single object in the world, would be exactly the same in that instance.

hmmm...Unless i'm misreading this, you might be better off with something like pansynchronous, the prefix 'pan' meaning global and synchronous meaning existing or occuring at the same time....

Uni is from the Latin meaning "as one" or "together" or "as a whole"

I know that Speedy tries to achieve unichronology (that's his goal), and that it has something to do with all universes being the same or becoming one or something. I forgot.

It's not the study of it

In the context that Speedy used the word, no, its not a study. But Unichronology is a study, as well as a phenomenon. Achieving Unichronology is his goal, because it allows the ECU to gather adequate data on what a Unichronological time period looks like.

As I mentioned to you The Big Bang has occured 29 times already, because of the ECU attempting to gather this data.
