Yeah about that sh**... I'm sick of people supposedly claiming that "the forum is gonna die soon".

First of all, it has been said for two years, and I don't see the forum dying. Second of all, i have seen a trend upon this sentence : every single member that has said this does not participate any more, and is generally disillusioned by the community.

Nope. You're wrong. For the 100th time, this community is not dying. Stop trying to consider your feelings of disappointment as a state of forum decay.

Third and most importantly of all, this behavior is self-destructive; It may look harmless ? It isn't so harmless. Repetition of these sentences may actually influence negatively some more impressionable members.

I am thinking of starting to punish people for speaking this kind of language, because not only it is false, but it is an indirect insult to people that try to still give stuff to the community. Not to start about the self-destructiveness of the thought.
