I hate how it takes precedence over entirely everything. The only way the World Cup'll be pulled off the main headlines is if somebody blows something up.

Netherlands should have won the European Cup 2 years ago based on their first 3 matches (beat current world cup holder Italy 3-0, losing finalist France 4-1 and gipsymonging Romania -can't remember I was drunk as a skunk- (got fired the next day as well)) if it weren't for Boulahrouz' daughter dying which made him play even crappier against Russia than ever.

We could win this thing, we have the best midfield-attack combination, but a very average defense 4.
