Stop Motion

no doubt you have all seen them before.. I need to make one for a photography class im taking and im a little stumped for ideas.. does anyone have any?

its not a major budget movie so no stupid suggestions, something doable around my neighborhood/ house, im open to any serious ideas.

Just a though, if it's stop motion, you could do something like a forgotten toy moving itself around. Maybe trying to remember the heppy times when its owner used to play with him before he grew up.

 start out with a non-moving shot of something you would expect to be the main character of a stop motion piece, a doll or lego thing.   Focus on it for about five seconds.   Then have everything other than it start moving around, while it stays completely stationary.  Have this going on until right before the end.  Everything stops moving, and the doll suddenly 'wakes up', looks around in confusion, shrugs and falls back to sleep

 I do some stopmotion. My best results have come from stuff that shouldn't be moving moving. IE your desk chair pulling itself in and your computer mouse moving on it's own or a rubix cube solving itself. I might upload some of mine sometime if I have time.

I found a great song to go with it as well, Staind's "Believe", it would really fit well with that sort of premise. =)

The Minimum is 30 seconds @ 15 FPS

I used to do stopmotion, lego is very good for it.

we were told not to use lego since it can be a little dull (like a house being built, etc.. nothing exciting)
