What I meant is I never got anything nearly as expensive as a laptop for my birthday. Oh well, you kids are lucky. :P

Acer Aspire 2920. Pretty much factory spec hardware apart from the hard drive which has been replaced. Now runs Windows 7. Quite small, only a 12.1 inch screen. But it's easy to carry around, and does me very nicely. =]
