If this is a serious article, I will hunt her down and give her a lobotomy. The Beatles are undoubtedly one of the greatest bands of all time, and One Direction are yet another flashy, manufactured, image-and-hype product of the ignorami in the reality television industry, relentlessly churning out barely average autotuned, unimaginative <expletive> that would sound better if it was played backwards at half speed on a 1920's gramophone.

Haha, I needed cheering up and that article just made me LOL. Seriously, how does being on the fiX Factor mean that they're better? She's either completely stupid or the best troll ever.

Couldn't have put it better myself.

That attempt at trolling doesn't even work :P
The points about '1D' in there have no relevance to the awesomeness of The Who XD

Honestly, I never liked the beatles. Too mainstream, not my genre.

Search "Polly Hudson" on the Daily Mirror site.  Obvious satire is obvious.

The Beatles don't need to be on Xfactor to be cool, wait...

last time Xfactor was cool is when they first started the show :P
