Waaaaaaay back in my college days. We pinged this douche's IP when we were file sharing on Hotline because he was being mouthy. Found out which college he was located in and did some sleuthing around to figure out his dorm number and whatnot.

After all that all we could think of doing was ordering him a crapload of pizzas to be delivered from his local Dominoes. :P

a hacker can use your IP to frame you for federal offenses, like downloading child pornography.
