Well, I would like to know how did this "hate" between both started...
Coz Inf hates/dislikes Roboman, Some people also do... For no other reason than Inf hating on him :P
Well, Just wanna know what did Roboman do or whatever happened :P

Inf can be a bit more... honest than most when he sees a robot he doesn't like. It rubs some people the wrong way.

I'm guessing it has something to do with SNSs and Inf still considering Roboman as a n00b.

Roboman has become known for giving less-than-average advice, and Infinite is very outspoken. People tend to take Inf's words as a personal attack as opposed to taking them to heart and actually listening to what he says half the time, and that's why you see angry posts from him like many you have seen directed to roboman. Inf has a reputation around here for being a n00b basher, but if people didn't take offense to every little thing he says they could see that this is not always the case. His advice can be harsh, and different people react to it in different ways.
Here's how I'm gonna lay it out. I was, at one point, in the same situation that many newer members find themselves in: Under the "wrath" of InfiniteInertia. This was way back, however, on the official forums very shortly after he started posting under that name. I had actually been building longer than he had, but it was easy to tell by the first bot he showcased that he was already much better than I was (And that hasn't changed, but that's beside the point.) It's just the way he gives advice. But unlike most people, I actually took his advice and it made me the builder I am today.... Maybe my building skills aren't the best example... Let me try that again.
I know for a fact that Sage is the same way. Inf talked, Sage listened. He treated Sage and I the same way he treats everybody (at first at least.) Now they are considered to be 2 of the best stock builders in the community.

when I first joined Inf didnt sugar coat his feelings about my robots but I just listened to his points rather then trying to fight him, I am fine with him now, we get on well. :-D

Without knowing the situation at all my guess is the new guy is acting like an idiot and Infiniteria is pointing it out.

If someone is an idiot, Inf tells them. We as veterans of the community hate to have an undisciplined forum where people can post whatever they feel like with hardly any punishment. For example, as punishment for Hydro's actions, ACAMS did what he thought was best and lowered Hydro's post count to zero. yay?
As much as I try to give LRA2 a fair chance, I don't know why he hasn't been removed from the forums yet.
Roboman2444 has the same problem that hydro had. Has he learned his lesson? we will see.

if memory serves Hydro picked a big fight with Inf and then a thread just like this one was started in the chatterbox about it

one of the main reasons i did that stuff is because my life is complete bullsh**. i have only 2 friends, most kids hate me, and i get bullied a TON. GTM was the only place that i could actually enjoy, and inf ruined it for me.

I used to be like that until about the 7th grade. Just go say "Hi I'm Billy". But most of my friends came to me >_> so errr....

Ive kinda already built up the reputaition of the kid who is annoying and weighs less than 80 pounds so beat him up.

Don't be annoying. Not personal or anything. I'm not popular but I try to be nice and it gets you points.

Just don't be awkward, weird, annoying, ect ect. Ever try skateboarding or BMX? That gets you loads of friends.
Oh, and don't talk to yourself or look down when you walk O_o that's pretty bad too.
And btw, I'm like 95 lbs at 5,7. Yeah I'm tiny, I don't get picked on at all though (I did at my early Middle School days though). Now I'm in Highschool with about 150+ friends just off of the top of my head. The bullying will stop eventually or until you make more friends.

kids also think im gay cuz i did gymnastics and now i do springboard diving.

Sounds like me. In fact, until today (when hopefully I've sorted it out) I've been repetitively bullied. In fact, I've had people doing it my whole school life (all 12 years).
Get through it.
They're sad.
They're gonna be working in *insert local supermarket here* when you've concentrated on school and got somewhere.
That's what I think anyway.
On the Inf matter, my opinion is just take note of the advice.
Everyone's gained their criticism one time or another, we use it to get better.

Stop being annoying, and if you want to solve your bully problem get into the weight room and lift and also take up boxing or kickboxing(I would do kick boxing;)). Bully's are only bully's into they get knocked on there asses:smiley:. And stop playing the sympanthy card, it's none of are faults you have no dam friends.

first of all diving takes a ton of strength, and second bullys usually do it in packs.
edit: my town is kinda rural, so there is no bmx places for many miles.
i can do some tricks though.

Good for diving, First of all is diving going to show how to throw a right or left hook, uppercut, jab or cross or teach you how to block or dodge or how to take punches, NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. Second if you knock one of them clean the fu** out you think the rest want to end up face up on the pavement with their eyes rolled in the back of their heads "Think about it Diving Boy lol".

Personally roboman, you ruined GTM for yourself.
You only have two friends? So what? Hang out with them. Do stuff. Go play a sport (soccer is good).
Theres no reason to take the crap you do from the bullies. Do you honestly get beaten up? If so, use the old line: "What? Scared to take me by yourself? The big man needs his cronies to beat up the little kid?"
Always works. And if what you say is true (they only beat you by gaining up) then you should be able to beat him right? WRONG. After you injure his pride, walk away. See what happens.
If you aren't getting physically bullied, then theres absolutely no problem here. No one cares at all what they say. Hold your head up high and ignore their taunts.
I get what you mean by being yourself. But that doesn't mean you can't change your ways. Next time you are about to say something that might be annoying, just stop. If you can change yourself, you can change peoples opinions of you as well. Stop upholding the reputation.
Saying "my life sucks" is an insult. I want you to think about what life would be like without any food. Oh, and you don't have a house either. Your parents are both dead and you're taking care of your 5 year old brother on the streets. Your clothes have holes and your shoes are as good as gone.
In comparison, your life is paradise. Don't forget that.
As for how this relates to GTM, I offer you the chance to redeem yourself. Change your ways and make some friends here. Do that, and you can do it in real life too.

^^^I agree:smiley:. I'm not so sure about your Bully advise though. If he is physically getting beaten up then I would not suggest to taught the Bully's because it's just gonna make them beat on him harder and there just going to enjoy it even more . If he's only 80 pounds and swims and did Gymnastic and he said to me: Why do you need your croines to gang up on me, I would just tell my friends to step back and enjoy the show:lol:. But if he is not getting physically beaten up then I totally agree with what you said:smiley:.

Although i have never really been picked on i have a little bully advice for you. Pick the biggest one out of all of them and deck him. It will make the others back off I had a similar experience once they where not bullies but they wanted to kick my a**. After i hit the biggest one they thought i was crazy or something and immediatly backed off you do not have to take my advice i am just throwing it out there. If you do it right it does not matter if you weigh 90 pounds or 200 pounds
