To Kill a Mockingbird

"The Haverfords had dispatched Maycomb's leading blacksmith in a misunderstanding arising from the alleged wrongful detention of a mare, were imprudent enough to do it in the presence of three witnesses, and insisted that the-son-of-a-b*tch-had-it-coming-to-him was a good enough defense for anybody."

Best. Line. Ever.

That makes it a pentalogy.

Right now I'm reading Hood by Stephen R. Lawhead, a retelling of Robin Hood which takes place in Wales.  So far it is very good.

To lack feeling is to be dead, but to act on every feeling is to be a child.
