the problem I have with the 250k dollar amount is that it is liquid. ive heard 250, 150, and even 100.

I have said this many times, Obama is a very smart guy. He seems to adapt well to new situations. My hope is that when he is in office he figures out how deep of sh** this country is in. And then changes his tune.

the fact that Obama won is not THAT bad. The fact that Obama won and there is such a huge majority of dems in both the house and the senate really scares me. I fear that we have a lack of checks and balances. And that anything obama wants obama will get.

also, how do you make 250k a year for doing nothing? I need to sign up for that.

If after a few years I realize that am wrong about Oboma I will put my tail between my legs and admit it, and even apologize.

But I love my country so much, and I don't like the way it is headed. We are still the best country in the world, it just seems to be slipping away.

Of course not. But you must explain to me how someone can make enough money off welfare alone to afford food, mortgage, and from your description, the occasional luxury. Where I come from, the economy would chew you up and spit you out if you decided you were too good for the daily grind.

I completly agree with you S32, racism is a horrible thing that had destroyed this country. The fact a black president could be elected is a big step for America, but some people still hate blacks, thinking them to be stupid, drunk people who never had or is going to have a job. People are already judging how Obama is going to lead the country, which is stupid because he has not been sworn into office yet. And finally one last thing, Obama is not a Muslim terrorist, he is a christian who loves our country as much as everyone else. (Not including me, because I dont exactly like our country right now.)
