yeah let's throw some more sh**posts onto this fire
Ok so there's been a lot of discussion of this on skype etc and the main gist of it is that gtm is a cluster****. there is basically NO ADMINISTRATION since ACAMS "retired" and handed the forum over to Trovaner who did a few cool things and then kinda vanished. Since then the forums have been controlled by the mods, Craaig and Naryar being the only active ones. Naryar's been a mod for so long that he actually got most of the moderator rank's powers after going on a banning spree a few years ago. This has reduced his and Craaig's ability to control the place massively, meaning asswipes like Andy can go around spouting crap about race hate and tasteless holocaust jokes without fear of ban or even mute. Now mods can still mute, the problem is that Naryar doesn't seem to know how rules work, which is whipping craaig into a frenzy, as seen by the two screen caps below (credit to Craaig)

tl;dr naryar's power fantasy is nearly single handedly killing the forum

As part of the staff I have to condemn this under a united front, but there's nothing stopping free speech in this section of the forum, and you've not broken any rules, so I can't really do anything against this.

This is 100% bullsh** and you know it. There was no administration back before ACAMS "retired and since then Trov has been more actively involved in GTM than ACAMS was before he retired.

How the hell does you being muted have ANYTHING to do at all with Andy being able to post race hate and holocaust jokes? I mean if you haven't noticed Andy happens to be muted right now too! Wow! I mean I don't recall at all how in the past Naryar used to mute Andy all the time for stupid things too!
And finally, if you really bothers you that much, you could have actually uh, I dunno, actually PM'd Trov your concerns instead of making up a bunch of bullsh**.

From an objective moderator stand point, you can't just base your actions on what affects you personally or because you have a grudge with one member. I'm sure an argument to this is 'but it's Andy, it's okay'. No, it's not. Besides:

Trovaner isn't here, and isn't reacting to our calls of banning andrew, so I take the matter into my own hands. Because Andrew needs to be removed, he is harming this forum, and then we need to take care of the sh** that's going up in this forum, because andrew is harming it and is pushing other members to do that too.
But no, craaig and everyone else seems to be all lawful anal and complaining about "muh rules" instead.
You would prefer that I sit on my ass and do nothing while people flame and insult each other and sh** flies everywhere ? Cuz i'm not sure that's my job, as moderator.

it's not ****ing personal. we have a 3 page thread on it in the moderator section and most people are with me on wanting to get rid of him.

when will you guys understand that he put most if not all of the moderator team against him quite a while ago ?
no, we didn't got rid of him because we were too lenient, but now trov isn't here to ban him permanently, or isn't willing. that is ALL.
