Serge, just because you are a technical advisor, doesn't mean you have to put down every community you don't want to give a chance.

I am sorry, but that's in a country which allows dumb 16-year olds to drive yet disallows anybody under 21 drinking a bottle of beer while allowing anyone over 18 to own a gun.
