Microwavey Cakes from Mugs
« on: March 02, 2011, 11:30:37 AM »
Hm. Always wanted to do one, and Serge did one and spoke on FB about it, so I decided to finally do it! O:

Cooked it a little too long so it was a bit hard, and I used the wrong mug (curved in at top) so it was hard to get out but was tasty and warm when I made it :D

Any other experiences?

It's surprisingly tasty. Here's mine from yesterday. I had no cocoa so I just threw in some more flour and cinnamon and it was quite good. About 2 minutes in a 1.3kW microwave.
