Basically, think up the funniest/craziest song name you can. It can be dirty, as long as you censor it.

True, but GTM is nowhere near as lowbrow as the rest of the internet. We have a more sophisticated humour, like being shot with an arrow and realising there's a gas bill attached to it. (+1 Reference Points)

Johnny Sniper is an Enter Shikari song (I have that album), but I haven't actually listened to it properly.

I'd opt for "Pin the Tail on the Ninja Cat".

In general, what is popular is very simple and not terribly intelligent, so it's all-inclusive. People don't have to think too hard to understand it. I find intelligent stuff tends to be better, because it's more of a reward for understanding the joke, rather than just being slapped in the face by it.
