That house is obviously of a Dutch Colonial Original style, which didn't reach the southwest until 1937. You can tell from the concrete-aging that that house is about a century old, and besides by 1931 they were only making reproductions and not true to form authentic Dutch. Dead snake in your town? What about faking concrete aging?

I imagine it's just like telling if a metal has aged naturally. There's ways to spot fake age.
