This is true. If it were albino there would be no color, even in the eyes.

Usually, even if the father was white, the baby's skin ends up looking more like coffee with cream than pure white, but yeah, it says in the article he's not albino.

As MNB said, if the father is white and the mother black then the kid gets a "chocolate" or "light coffee" skin color. So no, no white boy behind wood shed.

I have no damn idea about how genetics work for skin color though.
