Free alternative to Adobe CS Flash?

Does anyone know if there's a free or even cheaper alternative to Adobe's (very expensive) CS Flash? I don't exactly have £150 lying around to buy myself a serial number

I downloaded a CS4 torrent the other week, but it keeps crashing at installing DynamicLink
