Heh. I almost always talk back to my parents whenever they aren't sensible because I just can't let them get away with it while I suffer for no reason. I have logic on my side, so they almost always shut up. Not sure if this will be the case for FOTEPX.

Why won't she accept it? If she says "That's not normal", then tell her that there's no such thing as "normal", there's either an average, or the majority. Normality is a man-made concept designed to single out those who don't follow the ****ing crowd. And besides, she was fine when she didn't know you were into that, so what's the problem? She can't judge you based on that alone.
