Dubstep to me is just really slow DnB.  I don't get the point of it, because one of the great things about DnB is how fast an hectic it is.

DnB and Dubstep are considered the same thing.

they are not really the same. dubstep is way different. most artists (as far as i know) go for the heavy bass in a dubstep track. sure there is way more, but overall, lots of bass.
here is something with good bass. be sure to play in HD though.

don't compare Drum&Bass and Dubstep with each other, or see them as the same thing. you'll never be able to understand it if you do.

bad Naryar! that is nothing but a personal opinion. you're a vet, you should know better then to posting something like this.

and HX, nice track you posted there. but quite the short artist list. i know there is way more... there is a good amount of good Dubstep making people out there.

Of course there are. It's really gained popularity in the past few years, especially this past one in the US and my area. Those are just some of my favorites.

Well yeah, I still wouldn't call it mainstream, but at least amongst my friends and the electronic music / rave scene in the midwest. There have been several all night water park raves in Columbus, OH featuring a "dub tub" ha and many dubstep events in the Detroit, MI area.
